You can request/report this:

- Directly on    Site  "In My Street"  identifying the intended area on the map);

- By telephone, through the number 808 20 32 32 (from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Saturday);

- In person at the  City Hall's service counters.

If I find that there is a risk of a tree and/or a branch of a tree falling in a public space, how do I alert the services?

You can request/report this to the City Hall of Lisboa :

- Directly on    Site  "In My Street"  (identifying the intended area on the map);

- By telephone, through the number 808 20 32 32 (from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Saturday);

- In person at the  City Hall's service counters.

If you consider that the tree is in the eminence of falling or has fallen on public thoroughfare you must immediately contact    Regimento de Sapadores de Bombeiros.

What should I do if my neighbour is making too much noise?

If there are no doubts that it concerns noise from the neighbourhood, you must request the presence of the local police authorities. If it concerns some camouflaged commercial activity, you can request the presence of the named police authority or even file a complaint with City Hall of Lisboa through the following means:
