On February 27, Lisboa City Hall opened the parking at Ribeira Market/Cais do Sodré, at D. Luís I Square, managed by the company Empark.

Empark invested six million euros to build this new car park with 202 places and will manage another one at São Bento, next to the Swimming National Club, providing more 482 parking spaces in Lisboa.

Empark currently manages parks in 164 european cities,  in Spain, Andorra, Portugal, United Kingdom and Turkey.
