The garden of Caracol da Penha and the Missão Pavilhão Carnide are the big winners of the 2016/2017 Participatory Budget. With a record vote of 51.591 votes, the participatory democracy won once again in an edition with fifteen more local projects awarded. The moment everyone was waiting for took place on November 28, at the Town-Hall.
