Recover Carris and make it more efficient: a bet for Lisboa to win

Less than five months after Carris moved to the management of the Lisboa Municipality, was presented the 2017 budget and the strategic plan for the next three years with the motto "Stop the decline, promote the recovery". By the end of 2019, it’s foreseen an investment of more than 80 million euro.
