Santo Amaro Pilgrimage: Fernando Medina in the Alcântara Festivities

29, June 2018

It is a singular celebration in Lisboa and the Mayor couldn’t miss it. Accompanied by the President of the Alcântara Parish Council, Davide Amado, on June 28, the Mayor visited several spaces of collectivities and organizations of the district spread around the venue and took the stage to participate in the delivery of awards to the clubs.

The Santo Amaro Pilgrimage, tradition recovered by the Parish Council, takes place next ti the beautiful Hermitage of Santo Amaro, a pearl in Lisboa rated as National Monument that was built in 1549 by galician sailors who shipwrecked there.

It ends next Sunday, July 1, with the performance of Ruth Marlene.
