You won’t want to miss the only mindful triathlon in the world.

The day starts with 5km for you to do at your own pace, running or walking, jumping or hopping, the only thing that matters is crossing the finish line.
Followed by a 75-minute yoga session to the sound of a DJ. This is the Wanderlust style! Be it your first or hundredth time at the mat, the rhythm is yours!
To wrap up the thriatlon, we’ll have a 30-minute guided meditation session. To be happy, is within your mind’s reach.
Thought the day doesn’t end here, you will be able to find lots of activities with the purpose to promote a sound body and mind; from classes on the grass like hula-hoop, aerial yoga, and acro yoga, to talks with international and nationally distinguished professors and speakers.
Whether you are new yogi or an experienced yogi, all levels are welcome at this full-day event, even kids will have their own space, Wanderkids.
