Already an historic event in Lisboa, the 15th edition of the International Wheelchair Basketball Tournament was a success once again, won this year by the Portuguese National Team. João Afonso, councilor for Social Rights, participated in the awards ceremony and stated the will to turn Lisboa into a city "increasingly inclusive and good for everyone".
