Homeless people will be able to smile again

11, November 2016
"Sorrir não custa" (A smile costs nothing) is an oral health program for homeless people that begins in Lisboa through the signing of a protocol on November 10 in the Towm-Hall.

The councilor for Social Rights and responsible for the Municipal Program for the Homeless, João Afonso, signed a protocol with the Global Platform (PG) through the Play4Poverty Association, with the goal to start the program "Sorrir não custa", for the oral health of the homeless living in Lisboa.
