Green Eggs

The green eggs can be served as an appetizer, a starter or as a main dish, accompanied by rice or various salads.


Recipe

6 eggs
bread (2 rolls)
milk
1 bunch parsley
breadcrumbs
salt
pepper
oil

. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes. Remove the shells and cut them all in half gently.
. Place the egg yolks in a bowl and mash them with a fork to create a mooth paste, add the bread dipped in milk, the chopped parsley,  salt and pepper to taste.
. Fill the egg whites with this paste, then pass them through the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
. Fry them immediately in hot oil.
